PHONE ORDERS

In an effort to help make our pizza more accessible, we are going to do a trial run with a phone and will be taking phone orders only when we are able.  Walk-in orders are still preferred and highly encouraged to ensure the quality of our pizza. 

Since we are a team of two, we aim to maintain efficiency and focus in order to provide you with the quality you deserve.

As a result, this means we may not always be able to pick up the phone if my hands are tied up in dough or if we are too busy with customers (during high volume times). 

A few things to note:
 

1.     Phone orders will be accepted only when we are physically able to answer the phone.
        Phone hours will be Tuesday - Thursday: 11:30am - 5:00pm.  (No Fridays, due to high volume)
 

2.    If we are unable to pick up the phone, please do not leave a message or text. These will not be           checked. Come down to the shop!

3.    No pre-order requests for a later pick up time will be accepted over the phone. (i.e. calling at               noon for a 5pm pick up).  You must come pick up your pizza by the expected wait time you are 

       given when placing order on phone (i.e. 15 minutes). 

    (For a pre-order, you can still do this in person at our shop with our standard pre-order protocols.)

4.   Payment (cash only).  
 

5.   Please continue to check our Instagram/FB stories to see if we are sold out. Do not call. 

We thank you in advance for your understanding and encourage you to still come down to the shop to place your order in person, so we can see your smiling faces and chat with you while you wait.
